Yes, Our design team will provide you with a design proof prior to producing your order, we generally work with you until we create a design that satisfies you.. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours. Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and prepared for dispatch, at this point no changes can be made.
Are your decals easy to install?
Very easy – We send simple, step-by-step easy to follow instructions with each order, every product is designed to be easy to install without the need of a professional.
Do you do custom decals or sizes?
Yes, simply click the “Request Custom Order” button to get in touch or alternatively contact us with your enquiry.
Will I have to apply each letter to my window or wall individually?
Not at all. The designs will come on a sheet (or multiple sheets if it’s really big) and will be applied all at the same time, keeping the letters/images perfectly spaced. It really is that easy.
Do your decals have a clear backing behind the designs?
No. We only produce the highest quality designs, not the cheap printed versions that have the clear backing as those tend to bubble and peel easy, whereas our designs look very professional and are designed to last for years. Our designs are precision cut around each letter/image. When they’re on your window or surface all you’ll see is your design – nothing else.
I would like to add my logo, is this possible?
If you would like to have a logo produced then please get in touch prior to placing your order, where we will check your logo to make sure it is high enough quality and suitable for being produced as a decal.
Will the decal damage my wall or surface if I ever want to remove it?
All our decals can be removed easily without causing any harm to your surfaces or paint thanks to a gentle water based adhesive! Note: Once removed the decals are not reusable.

How long does it take to arrive?

Once we have the approval for the design, our team will take 24 to 48 hours to produce your order. From there, it depends on the type of shipping chosen when placing your order.

We have different shipping options available. Express, Standard, Economy
Express: 1-2 business days UK
Standard: 2-3 business days UK (7-14 business days worldwide)
Economy: 5-7 business days UK

Delivery times do not include time required to produce your order, which is generally 24-48 hours after an order has been received and approved.

Do you ship these worldwide?

Yes, we ship orders to most worldwide locations.

What if I need my item by a certain date?

We produce items on a first come first served basis, but can prioritise your item if you use the express shipping option at checkout.

What if my order is lost by your shipping carrier?

If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package and issue another to you with priority shipping.

Please make sure you provide the correct address in your order. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are not correct.

What is the Urban Artwork return policy?

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Urban Artwork will send a replacement design to you with priority shipping at no charge to you. Alternatively if you prefer we can provide you with a refund for the total amount. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery, customers must attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. Typically, we will respond within one business day and resolve the issue.
