We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from our website and we pride ourselves on our products and our customer service. If you make a purchase from Urban Artwork you have 14 days, from receiving your goods, to notify us of a problem or comment about your order.

As Urban Artwork offers a bespoke product service some of our products are non-refundable. Any products that have been personalised with the buyers own text/imagery will be non-refundable (excluding postal damage).

Please pay particular attention to styles and fonts and let us know whether there is anything specific you require on your order. In the event that an error is made when producing your order then please get in touch with details of the error and we will rectify the issue immediately. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for bespoke items if in the event that we have made an error in producing your item.

To return a product that is not a bespoke order simply complete our contact form on the website with details of your order and we will be in touch to arrange the exchange or refund in more detail. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. The buyer accepts postage of products back to Urban Artwork within the time frame mentioned above, Urban Artwork will then offer a refund/credit for the product to the full price including postage.

When you return a non bespoke product to us we will process the refund due to you as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, not including postage costs. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
