No. We only produce the highest quality designs, not the cheap printed versions that have the clear backing as those tend to bubble and peel easy, whereas our designs look very professional and are designed to last for years. Our designs are precision cut around each letter/image. When they’re on your window or surface all you’ll see is your design – nothing else.

If you would like to have a logo produced then please get in touch prior to placing your order, where we will check your logo to make sure it is high enough quality and suitable for being produced as a decal.

All our decals can be removed easily without causing any harm to your surfaces or paint thanks to a gentle water based adhesive! Note: Once removed the decals are not reusable.

Once we have the approval for the design, our team will take 24 to 48 hours to produce your order. From there, it depends on the type of shipping chosen when placing your order.

Yes, we ship orders to most worldwide locations.

We produce items on a first come first served basis, but can prioritise your item if you use the express shipping option at checkout.

If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package and issue another to you with priority shipping.

Please make sure you provide the correct address in your order. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are not correct.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Urban Artwork will send a replacement design to you with priority shipping at no charge to you. Alternatively if you prefer we can provide you with a refund for the total amount. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery, customers must attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. Typically, we will respond within one business day and resolve the issue.
