HOW TO ORDER: Simply enter your business days and hours in the notes box and we will customise this design with your opening hours, when you receive this product it will be ready to apply to your preferred surface, very quick and easy. This item is produced in a mirror format so as to be read correctly from the outside when fitted on the inside of your window or glass door. If this is not for a window or glass door please choose OUTSIDE from the options. Many people choose to stick these on the inside of windows/glass doors facing out, in which case choose INSIDE, however if you are sticking it on a painted surface then choose outside.

This opening hours sign will be provided in inside format (reversed) by default unless chosen otherwise. Available in white or black, please choose your colour from the options (will be provided in white unless chosen otherwise).

This is an all in one professional looking precision made opening times sticker which does not come in pieces or have a background, so will look professionally painted on when applied, comes with easy to follow instructions. Lasts 5+ years outdoors and even longer indoors. Easy to remove.

Not at all. The designs will come on a sheet (or multiple sheets if it’s really big) and will be applied all at the same time, keeping the letters/images perfectly spaced. It really is that easy.
No. We only produce the highest quality designs, not the cheap printed versions that have the clear backing as those tend to bubble and peel easy, whereas our designs look very professional and are designed to last for years. Our designs are precision cut around each letter/image. When they’re on your window or surface all you’ll see is your design – nothing else.
If you would like to have a logo produced then please get in touch prior to placing your order, where we will check your logo to make sure it is high enough quality and suitable for being produced as a decal.
All our decals can be removed easily without causing any harm to your surfaces or paint thanks to a gentle water based adhesive! Note: Once removed the decals are not reusable.

Shipping

Once we have the approval for the design, our team will take 24 to 48 hours to produce your order. From there, it depends on the type of shipping chosen when placing your order.

We have different shipping options available. Express, Standard, Economy
Express: 1-2 business days UK
Standard: 2-3 business days UK (7-14 business days worldwide)
Economy: 5-7 business days UK

Delivery times do not include time required to produce your order, which is generally 24-48 hours after an order has been received and approved.

Yes, we ship orders to most worldwide locations.

We produce items on a first come first served basis, but can prioritise your item if you use the express shipping option at checkout.

If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package and issue another to you with priority shipping.

Please make sure you provide the correct address in your order. We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are not correct.

If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Urban Artwork will send a replacement design to you with priority shipping at no charge to you. Alternatively if you prefer we can provide you with a refund for the total amount. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery, customers must attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. Typically, we will respond within one business day and resolve the issue.
