For our business signs our design team will provide you with a design proof prior to producing your order, we generally work with you until we create a design that satisfies you. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours. Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and prepared for dispatch, at this point no changes can be made.

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Custom orders require approval for the design which once approved our team will take 24 to 48 hours to produce your order. From there, it depends on the type of shipping chosen when placing your order. We have different shipping options available. Express, Standard, Economy Express: 1-2 business days UK Standard: 2-3 business days UK, (7-14 business days worldwide) Economy: 5-7 business days UK Delivery times do not include time required to produce your order, which is generally 24-48 hours after an order has been received and approved.

All decals (not only from us but any decal provider) may not adhere to painted surfaces with certain new paint ranges which can make them incompatible with wall decals, stickers, or any kind of adhesive decoration. These paints include:- 

• 'Dulux Easycare'
• 'Dulux Endurance+'
• paint that has a 'Zero VOC' badge, or 'Low VOC' badge
• and possibly any paint that is sold as an 'Eco-Paint'.

These types of paints may repel removable vinyl decals and make them "fall off/roll off" your surface.
You can purchase our colour sample test pack if you have used any of these special paints or you're not sure which paint has been used on the wall you wish to decorate, great for making sure wall stickers are compatible with your walls and deciding on which colours to use.

Our decals are super easy to apply! Our wall decals come covered in an application paper, which is a low tack paper that sticks to the face of the decal. This paper will help stick the decals on to the wall in one piece, and peels off very safely and easily leaving the wall decals intact on your wall looking stunning. Written detailed instructions will be provided with the decal and will also be sent to you with your dispatch notification. Please aim to apply your decal to your surface soon after receiving it. The tackiness of the decal and application paper can dry if it is not applied shortly after receiving it and it can make applying the decal to the surface harder or less likely to stay on the surface.
